Competition Terms & Conditions

1. To enter upload your image to Instagram under hashtag #allsummerseason & tag @allseasonsholidaypark.
2. Photographic competition entries & comments must contain subject matter related to what it is you love about the summer season.
3. Entrants are permitted to submit more than one photograph.
4. Entrants grant irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide non-exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, display & create derivative works of the entries in any promotional materials.
5. Entrants grant the unrestricted right to use comments made in connection to a photograph for inclusion in any promotional materials.
6. Entrants agree to supply high resolution files of their photograph on All Seasons Holiday Parks request for promotional use.
7. All Seasons Holiday Park will not be required to pay or seek any additional approvals in connection with the use competition entries in any promotional use.
8. Photographs or comments used in printed or online promotional materials will contain a name credit of the photographer.
9. Images submitted must be the original works of the individual submitting them.
10. Images submitted must not have won a prize in any other photographic competition or been published elsewhere.
11. It is the responsibility of entrants to ensure that images submitted have been taken with the permission of the subject.
12. All Seasons Holiday Park takes no responsibility for late, misdirected entries. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
13. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final & that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules.
14. Submission of an entry will be taken as acceptance of these competition terms & conditions.
15. All information detailing how to enter this competition forms part of these terms & conditions.
16. All Seasons Holiday Park collects personal information about you to participate in this competition.
17. To facilitate participation, we may disclose personal information to other companies associated with this competition.
18. No other use of personal information other than specified above will be made without consent of the entrant.

20. Competition commences at 9am AEDST Sunday November 1st 2015 & closes at 11.59 AEDST on Sunday 31st January 2016.
21. Winners announced via Instagram & published on Facebook on 18th February 2016.
22. The prize is 1 free additional nights accommodation at All Seasons Holiday Park with any minimum 3 night booking.
23. The date of activation of competition prize winnings is open to negotiation with All Seasons Holiday Park.
24. If a winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian.
