All Seasons Holiday Park, Mildura

Fire & Emergency Evacuation Areas -In case of an emergency or fire, assembly areas are cnr of the park at the pump track and the main entrance. Fire location maps can be found in all cabins, the amenities block, camp kitchen & games room.

Clients must be 18 years or over to make a booking

Bicycles – We encourage our younger guests to ride their bikes but helmets must be worn

Check out time is no later than 10.00am on the day of departure. Please return your key to reception or key return box on the wall outside of reception.

Noise – Please keep noise to a minimum,  no noise after 10.00pm

SMOKING / VAPING POLICY: All buildings at All Seasons Caravan Park are non-smoking. By law, it is prohibited to smoke within 10 meters of any public buildings or children’s play area

Outdoor public areas e.g. playground, jumping pillow, BBQ area & swimming pool area are strictly non-smoking. Anyone in breach of this condition will be required to leave the area. Please do not drop butts in park grounds use receptacles provided or bins.

Pets – Pets are allowed on sites ONLY and during off peak times only. No pets allowed in cabin accommodation or during school holidays. If you are travelling with a service animal, please contact reception prior to arrival.

Pool & Splash Park – Open from 9.30am to 9.30pm. Please supervise young children at all times. Please note glass & breakables are forbidden in the pool area. Water park open 9am – 7pm in summer and 10am-4pm winter.

Pump Track, Playground & Jumping Pillow – Please be careful of young children, NO shoes or food allowed on the pillow, No throwing of sand or water onto the pillow. Please wear helmets on the pump track

Recycling –   Recycling depots are located around the park, please recycle appropriately.

Rubbish – All rubbish must be wrapped and placed in external bins provided for collection

Speed Limit – The speed limit around the park is strictly walking pace. Please be aware of young children playing in the park.

VISITORS – All visitors must report to the office on arrival. Guests are reminded that they are responsible for their visitors and parking is at their own risk. Visitors fee apply. Wrist bands will be provided

Personal Belongings – no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal items. Remember to lock your vehicle & remove any valuables. All Seasons Caravan Park accepts no liability. Park guests are responsible for their visitors and belongings at all times

Parking is at your own risk. Be sure to thoroughly check your accommodation before departure as any items left behind may not be recovered. All Seasons Caravan Park accepts no liability.

NO Fires to be lit within the park grounds

No illegal drugs permitted anywhere in the park

DAMAGE: All guests shall be liable for any loss or damage to the appliances, furniture, keys, fixtures & all fittings on the accommodation (inside & out). Fair wear and tear excluded.

All accommodation is secured with a $100 pre-authorisation on your cc or debit card , giving authority to All Seasons Holiday Park to charge for any damage, smoking within accommodation, excessive cleaning, etc. If you do not have a credit card you will be required to leave a $100 cash bond on arrival which will be refunded on departure if no terms & conditions have been breached.  Please note that leaving a cash bond may delay your departure as staff will be required to check the cabin before any refund is given.

Credit  Cards –All credit card transactions (incl pay wave) will incur a 2% processing fee. Payments via cheque or savings account incur no fees. Alternative methods of payment are available, please request information

BEHAVIOUR: Any offensive, physical or verbal abuse or aggressive behaviour towards other guests or the All Seasons Caravan Park team will not be tolerated. Your booking will be immediately terminated and you will be asked to leave without a refund. The All Seasons Caravan Park has a “ZERO” tolerance for this behaviour.

SITE GUARANTEES: Under NO conditions are any sites / cabins necessarily fixed. Management will make every possible attempt to hold requested sites/cabins but also reserves the right to move bookings to maximise the current booking demands

OFF-PEAK BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS: Subject to availability.

All bookings are required to pay 1 nights tariff to secure the booking at the time of booking.

Cancellations with more than 14 days (2 weeks) notice will be refunded less an administration fee of $30.

Cancellations with less than 2 weeks’ notice will not receive a refund.

There is no refund for early departures

FESTIVAL BOOKINGS/PEAK PERIOD (Victorian school holidays and public holidays/long weekends): 

All deposits are due at the time of booking. The remaining amount is due 4 weeks (28 days) prior to the arrival day. Once secured, there is no refund once within this 28 day period unless the cabin/site is resold for the same price and time and paid in full. In this case a refund will be issued less $100 administration fee for peak period/festival bookings.

Cancellations with more than 28 days notice will be refunded less an administration fee of $100 for cabin bookings and $30 for site bookings during peak period/festival periods.

There is no refund for early departures.

COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY 

Same cancellation policy as off-peak / peak bookings apply.
